 ELISA Chromogenic Substrate for HRP-based immunoassays (HRP-HorseRadish Peroxidase) produces the chromogenic signal with peroxidase-conjugated antibody. This kit consist of one bottle ready to use liquid substrate. The Substrate for HRP is designed to used in microwell plate (ELISA test) immunoassay with detection at blue 650 nm (before stopping) as well as yellow 450 nm (after stopping) absorbance.
